okay Chinese New Year is finally here, but we are already near the end of the holidays. Let's see..I have chinese and econs homework to do.. Braavo ! But aint' doing any - It is a unspoken taboo that states that during the period of CNY, no homework is allowed. And i'm abiding by it.

So it have been 2 weeks since i last blogged about the happenings. I've been busy with school, trainings, and meeting up with friends. Well let's see.. Sent my dear pal Xing Zhi to Aust, Sakae Buffet with dswei valen chirps, went back St N!cks to meet up with yuxin estee and pam, Throwers Gathering @ Marina South, and so on.

CNY holidays are ending and i am very upset about it. I haven't have my fill on Bak Kuas, Pineapple Tarts, Kueh Lapis and Ang Pows. By The way, i think i've put on at least a Kg ever since the reunion dinner on Saturday.
This CNY, played alot of BlackJacks with my uncles and aunties and won quite a bit. Gambling now takes a whole new meaning in my life.. Ha ha. And visiting relatives is really no joke, seriously tiring. And having to bear with the endless comments about me being 'Bigger' than my sister (You know what they mean..) "Thank you ! "

Argh.
Was on phone witth chirps for almost an hour, whining about school tmrw. But i'm sick !
Oh yesh. I've been sick since Day 1 of CNY.

I've been breathing through my nose since Sunday

I am really comtemplating about school tmrw..
Cough Cough.

So this week was a series of Introductory Lectures, and man, it was the Slackest week i tell you. And during the lectures, we would be either

1. Sleeping
2. Staring at the teacher
3. Thinking about what to eat for recess

Or simply, like yimei, writes Poems to make her time a lil' more worth while..

And this is, an Extremely Random poem she wrote for Amanda Chirps. Enjoy

Chirpy Chirpy you are so pretty

Just like how flowers bloom when it's sunny

Youe smile makes the sun shine brighter

And makes me want to come to school faster !

I see you playing with your ears, so cute

When i see you, i want to say "What's up dude?"

I see you're interested in econs, that's great

I think you look like you should be called Kate.

Chirps you've really been a good prefect

Always Tsking people when thier uniform is bad

I hope you will get into council

Then ACJC prosper? It will.

I have come to the end of my poem

Let's all stand up and applaude the lecturer

Let's all go home now with all of em'

I was trying to pay attention to the lecturer when i wrote this.

Right.

Once again, it is the time of the year again and i became a year older. Seventeen seventeen.. What a age, neither here nor there. Feeling a lil' old now, Sweet 16 sounded way better really.
Just wanna say thanks to all my friends for everything, the msges, cakes, presents, time and most important, for remembering.

To all those who is turning 17 but still 16 - Treasure.

I need to watch those Wrinkles.

Went for the first round of Introductory Lectures on monday. Er, i can almost foresee myself struggling with GP, Econs and everything else. I still dont know whether to take Chemistry or Histroy. I mean, i belong to the group who Failed-All-The-Way in Chem and the few that love the subject, but Still Sucked in History kind of thing. Ahh
Anyway. i felt i was wasting my Life away on Monday and really, i could have used those precious time to like start my own revision on Maths or smth. .(You know i am kidding) Yeah, so half of the time the group of us were sitting around in school with absolutely nothing to do. In the end, we resorted to taking loads of pictures to kill time. And i believe this is going to continue for the next few days..

Jeez, save me.

I did. I finally got all my CNY clothes, time to put up the fire crackers !

Good Day
Had a whole week of orientation at AC which was definitely a blast but tiring as well. Made new friends in my OG, which is call Spy Kids (Dont laugh, hor) We were in the Glofindale clan and had 3 fabulous OGLs, Meaghan Ashish and J.T. Everyday involved games and Man!, we receivedMud Spa treatment on the field and our skin so feel Softer Smoother like a Baby.
On the last day of Orientation, we had OG time at Seoul Garden (Korean Korean!) and my OGLs surprised me with a cake, and so coincidentally we got the exactly the same cake for the OGLs as well. Well.. Spy Kids Instinct, we say. The Camp fire at night was spoilt by the rain but everything continued and went on great in the badminton hall. Haha, by the end of the programme everyone got so high and just kept dancing the mass dance. By the way, i think our mass dance is Totally cool can. The first song is Pon De Replay and then Micheal jackson's Black and White. I Love It ! That's why all of us just kept dancing as the music kept playing like till 11pm plus plus.
Oh yes, both Amanda and i had signed up for the competitive run for the AC Cross Country. And Yup, you may laugh now.
Hurr, what have we got ourselves into..

Yesterday went back to St nicks for the CCA fair and it felt so good to see the throwers teachers and other Sec 4s. This time last year i was too having Orientations for the Sec 1s.. Okay Nostalgia kicking in kicking in..
Met up with the Gangbas for dinner at Billy Bombers and we got chirps some nike gears and they got me the nano arm strap, which i Will use it religously to go for JOGGING.. All of us exchanged stories of our orientations and i tell you, only we talk like this when we are together. All the unglam words which can pass off as an Ah Lian.. We definitely dont speak like that in our new school. Haha but once we meet up, the language just flows out.
As for today, had lunch with some of the BLUEys like debbie rui jack and melody while we try to provide Rui with some comforting words. Haha. Blue Talk..

Ah. One week into 2006 and i'm turning 17 already
Old Old Old !

2005 was filled with Ups and the Downs.
2005 came and go just like that, yet it carried so many memories that could never be forgotten.
My Moments with Carnevale Blue, 4Hope, PMB, Throwers, Teachers and Great pals like Shuwei, Gang8 and Seppies, were priceless.
It was also the end of my 10 years journey in St Nicks and i am missing everything about it. I mean, where can you find canteen food so good like the Orange Bowl? Where can you find so many Mirrors hanging around in every corner of the school? And where can you find School Bells that run hymns, that last A minute and a half?
Where Where Where?

Now that it's already 2006, it signals that i will be turning 17 and am offcially out of St Nicks. How that feels?
A lil' old.. Well, Sweet 16 sounded so much better.

School starts in 1 day time and i am suspecting my DSA has gone wrong. Almost everyone have gotten their calls from their OGLs and i have yet to receive mine

Er...
Don't scare me, leh.
