St Nicholas Greets You.

Here are some pictures (courtesy of Ms.Yang) we took when we went back to our Alma Mater for CNY celebrations on Wednesday.
Lovely pictures, lovely memories. (limited vocabulary, totally.)

A sea of Red, where class skits and chinese cultural club
performances were part of the celebration.

A delicacy in our canteen - Orange Bowl.
More chilli please !

Ms. Elaine Lim, whom i havent spoken to in 10years
and our very own Lian Jie also known as Jasmin Chu who is a PHYSICS relief teacher now.
PHYSICS. She wins.

Dear ol' Mrs. Lily Tan, Sec4Hope 06' Form Teacher.

Literature teacher Ms. Heng.
Never fails to make us crack into bolts of laughter when we recall her Poetry recital to us in class.

Classic. Primary school science teacher Mr. Lui
The one with the very unique way of walking and punishing his students.

The woman behind our O'level Mathematics distinctions.
Mrs Fung !

Love love love and simply Adore - Mrs Hwang !
Still so healthy still so, Xiao Zhang.

Cheerios :)

Happy Lunar New year to everyone !
Once again it's the time for guilt-less snacking, gambling and non-stop eating. This is the year of Rat and after watching numerous CNY tv station celebration (Ch 8 & TVB) variety shows, i learnt this year is a rather Good year for people born in the year of dragon (me ! me ! me !) and that we will have quite a few Tao2 Hua1 Yun4 this year. Winks
And so, just to add on to the non existent Guilt-O-Meter this holiday season, here's a FYI information on these beautifully and wonderfully made Goodies which we pop into our mouths throughout the next few days.

= 655 Calories

And here's the Break down figures. Ready ?

Pineapple Tarts 82cal
Bak Kwa 370cal
Kueh Lapis 147cal
Love Letters 56cal
---------------------------
Total 655cal
--------------------------
Horrors ? Just take a look at the Bak Kwa. Holy Moly ! Eating 1 square of the pork is almost the same as... Half a pack of Chicken Rice. And the Pineapple Tarts, my faaaavourite. Just ONE is already 82. Even more than drinking a packet of Pokka Green Tea. I can easily whack 5 tarts at one go.
Haha. But seriously, Whatever to me. In the spirit of the CNY season, Cheers to goodies and Boos to calories ! Ain't gonna care about the Cal for now. Always been my personal custom/tradition to Try the different types of pineapple tarts with each visit to a different house to Compare and Taste. Can't even keep track of how much i eat anyway.
Cheers to goodies Boos to Calories !
