Good day !

My heart is telling me to upload those pictures now but my Will is weak. And i'm thinking of dumping Blogger away and go for someone new instead, like Wordpress. Chance upon this blog on Wordpress the other day and really like the clean/simple concept.

A few more days to the end of the month of June and say Hello to July. July will be a month of Work-Less, Camps, OC, Nationals and a few more weeks of a true Holiday. Can't believe my 8 months worth of Holiday is coming to an end and it is going to be time for 4 years of University life.
Speaking of that, the problem of finding a Room mate is troubling me deeply. I can't sleep, i can't work, i can't concentrate, i can't eat.. Alright, not really like that. But yes, it just seems like the whole world of my friends (I don't have many friends) ended up in every where else Except NTU, and therefore, poor me has no room mate anymore. Pretty desperate i would say, to the point of thinking of posting a bulletin or advert somewhere.

Where is my Letter from NTU.

This waiting period is increasingly annoying, especially as 23rd June draws nearer and nearer.

And it doesn't help that Nothingness has been looming around for the past few weeks. Bumming around during my free time is not exactly therapeutic after all. Perhaps it is really time for me to get down to burning and arranging all the LA photos for the girls. Close to 1500 or even more of photos for me to slowly Burn Baby Burn.
And i have SATC Seasons and also Gossip Girls waiting for me to watch them.

Fine. It is time to complain about the Weather again.

I must say that it have been really really, incredibly WARM right here now in Singapore. Just checked the weather report and today's temperature is reported to be 33°C.
Are they kidding me. It feels as if it is 43°C and every time when you step out into outdoors, the wave of warm sticky humid niam niam hot air just slap right into your face.
The occasional rain pours are not helping either. I feel i can perspire simply just by sitting down by the window.

All i want to do these days is just to hide in an Air-conditioned room, drink my Teh and listen to Yael Naim. Oh, and read cnn.com and Dilbert's blog.

Floating By.

A week gone by just like that.
Took my chance to sleep the entire day away today. Spent some time with the mother and went jogging at the park. This is how i like my Sunday.

Went for the interview at NTU yesterday. On my way while entering into Pulau Ntu, my nervous stomachache condition strucked again. Horrible. The trees and forest looking campus did not help.
But oh well, this was one interview i needed to nail it. The written test was really a test on our general knowledge and even my daily reading of channelnewsasia.com in the office were not enough. There was even a critcal analysis part where we got to critque on the given passage. Holy mother of cow. I thought i was back in the badminton hall again writting my Gp AQ..
Well, from what we heard from the prof, it is less than half the chance to be selected. Hurr hurr. I'm just praying for the best now.

And last wednesday, Alfred and Andrew brought us the Nibble Your Feet spa after work. Omg. It was so SO freeaking ticklish ! I was laughing my ass off the entire and got to distract myself by taking photographs.
Certainly not for the faint-hearted.

Seeing those fishes just reminded me of the time when Estee and I abused those Guppies in her house pond by playing Teh Tarik, using the Fishies.

My oh my.

Xtreme-ness. And now i have a very Very sore Ass and i'm getting ready for an impending Major muscle ache tomorrow. Hurr Hurr.

Just cycled for 6 hours and that made up of about 20km in total. That's like almost the same as travelling from the North to South of Singapore (23km) ! Neat.

Jas and i finally decided to carry out our cycling expedition which was planned like 10 years ago. Cycled to Jalan Kayu for Prata and then to the secret garden of Singapore - Seletar Airbase. Totally miss that place ! Cycled there with Abbs before and really miss those days at her Hay Market home which was at the Seletar Camp.

Cycling into the airbase was like entering another dimension, really. The road was lonely and really misty. The wind in my hair and the cool air entering my lungs.. It was just so Surreal.

Too bad i forgot to bring my camera.

It was Qing Ming Jie today as well. Woke up early to go to the temple and fight the incredibly hot HOT sun to pay respect to my great grand parents.

What a fulfilling Saturday ! Think i should ditch those Sleep Till 4pm saturdays from now all. Time to focus on reshaping my life and improve my well being - That is, to get Fit and so i won't be Fat and Miserable.

Just watched American Idol and i must say i really like David Cook and Brooke White.

Must say last week's song choice of Billie Jean by David Cook just nailed it for me. It was perhaps the most touching rendition i have ever heard. Even better than Chris Cornell's !

So it was a stay in Wednesday night for me. Been a while since i last had dinner at home. Did what a normal Singaporean would do - Watch Teevee.

Caught the episode of En Bloc on Channel 5. (I do watch TV, okay) and i also must say one and a half thumbs up for a local Engrish production. No, not because it has Andrea Forsenka in it. (She's pretty good for a Deal or No Deal girl though)

Finally got my lazy arse up at get to my bike and went out for a lil' night cycling ! Been wanting to do it but never had the chance, or rather Motivation, to go out for a ride. The wind in my hair when cycling at top speed down the deserted stretch, just makes me feel as if i'm in the Nine Million Bicycles in Beijing song MTV.

Think cycling in the Night is much better than in the day, when you gotta brave the sun and more Sun. But i realised a few things though. One is that i was almost as blind as the three blind mice when i'm out there in the night Without my spectacles. My astigmation is so so bad. I wouldnt have know if i have rode over somebody's hand or something. But then again, cycling with my specs, is Not Cool at all.. It's like wearing a safety helmet while driving or something. Not Cool.

Next is that i realised there are actually so many cyclists out there ! Thought i would be the only idiot riding at night to no where. Interesting. Perhaps i should start cycling to office from my house too. I will be like the coolest Office Girl la.

One thing though. Though my bike is a normal blue colour Mountain Bike, my over zealous Father kinda over did with the 'gadgets' for the bicycle. Mirrors, torch light (or is it call Safety light) and a I Love My Bike bell.. Totally Pimp My Ride.

Alrighty. Time for more exciting night cycling trips !

I just killed a Cockroach with one whole stash of Tissue Paper with my right hand.

So anyway, it has been raining for days here in Singapore and i'm really puzzled. I don't remember March being the Monsoon season. Or is it ?
The weather has been so gloomy and cold and it is affecting my Moods. Haha. What's worse, my joints are seriously aching.
So now i'm fat and Old. And the wet weather is seriously not encouraging me to get out to the park for some Jogging/brisk walking. Gloooooooomy.

Work has been pretty slack these days. No events this month so it is pretty much Office all day long. We are now located at Ubi (we call it U.B.I and not Uuu Beee. More glamorous) and getting more used to the place. But i swear it is really Somewhere In Timbuktu kind of place.
Was travelling to Ang Mo Kio St 62 for a presentation meeting (My First - Beams) and it just seemed like we were travelling from one end of the country to another. Horrible

Talking about the meeting, i must say i'm really delighted to have the chance to go with Alfred to present for NCS. Eye opening really though it was him who did the presentation, and i just sat there to click the mouse, smile, and look nice.
Spare the part where we waited for nearly 2 hours for our turn though..
Thank goodness the Rebecca at NCS is really pretty, if not we would have Bitch about it for the entire month. Haha.

I need to get down and start with the uni application, soon.

Dragged my feet, heavy hearted and off to office this morning.

The weekends weren't enough for my 18hours sleep. Spent it with my AC void deck khakis at Timbre on Saturday night.

Sunday was spent sleeping in with the rain and heading down to Chinatown with Pam to settle the air tickets. Finally, everything is cool and done. L.A, here we comeee.

So yeah, loads of Blues for a Monday. No more playing PE teacher Miss He at St Nicks, no more shuttling between Ang Mo Kio and Clark Quey.
Walked into the streets of Ubi Ave 3 instead. No more Yakun, no more Subway.

Sigh.

Nevertheless, Monday Blues or no Monday Blues, it turned out pretty fine after all.

Happy Lunar New year to everyone !
Once again it's the time for guilt-less snacking, gambling and non-stop eating. This is the year of Rat and after watching numerous CNY tv station celebration (Ch 8 & TVB) variety shows, i learnt this year is a rather Good year for people born in the year of dragon (me ! me ! me !) and that we will have quite a few Tao2 Hua1 Yun4 this year. Winks

Movie Number Four

The current movie queen has done it again. Watched my 4th movie in 5 days and this time i'm even more proud to say cos i've finally caught the movie i have always been waiting for and watched it before it's coming out on Valentine's ! (i'm still going to watch with you girls on V'day !)

The show leaves a tingling sweet taste afterwards and the best part was probably the very Deelicious Irish men. I swear there's Something about them. There's the 300's Gerard Butler and my Denny Duquette of Greys' Jeffrey Dean Morgan. Hohoho

Abbs and Debbie practically cried throughout the whole show. It is Not That sad is it ? Or am i that heartless ? Okay no i'm not. It's just not that Tragic enough i guess. But nice nice very nice !

Out on the streets on a Wednesday night can really meet many people. Bumped into jessica, pamelar er, sharon and davin. Gawd. Been such a long time since i last saw these AC people ! Really want to go back AC soon. SOON

Alrighty. I'm very happy that the week is coming to an end, cos i'm looking forward to next week - CNY, which marks the start of my Bak Gua and Pineapple Tarts Diet. Finally finally. Caught 27 Dresses with my dear girls ! Been such a lonnnng time since we all last caught a movie together. According to Estee, the last was Akeelah And The Bee. Weow. The only things we do together whenever we meet up are hardly movies. All we do is Chill Out. Eat..Drink..Talk.. Laugh.. And then Eat somemore. But i love it ! :)

Anyway, talking about the movie, it was great. It's the usual romantic comedy, yada yada, but what makes it nice for me is Katherine Heigl.

And of course the seriously cute and Cute blued-eyes James Marsden.

Never knew he was such a looker in X-Men !

Must be those Cyclops' shades. Or the hair..

So anyway, been on a movie spree lately. Caught Atonement just yesterday with Jas, Pam and Manda. The storyline was really great, but guess it was a little too slow and long. Or maybe, it was just Keira Knightley.. Haha. So yup, so far so good ! Now, it's time to wait for 14th Feb to watch P.S, I Love You. Can't Wait !

The Kite Runner

Wow wow wow, and 3 Wows are not even enough !

Caught Kite Runner with pam just now at the Cathay and i'm so glad we watched that instead of the Atonement (good recommendation there pam, standing ovation !) Have never heard of this film before but the entire 2hr 7mins got me totally into it, and i must say this one goes straight into my List.

Okay. The movie is not about, 2 boys running after a kite around the town in Kabul and that's why is called the Kite Runner.
The show is based on the novel "The Kite Runner", which is about the emotional tale of true loyalty, friendship, and redeeming love. Many parts in the show got the both of us so so shocked, especially the part when the boy got sexually abused and the part where a pair of couple was being trialed for adultry and literally being stoned to death by the people, listen, halfway during a football match Halftime at the stadium. This show was really eye-opening and impactful. Think our jaws were opened for like half of the movie. - 4 popcorns !

Good day, good day people :)

As you can tell, from my highly uplifting mood - My Exams Are Over.
Muahaha.
I've been looking forward to this day since 2 years ago and right now, or rather, just now, right before and after the Final Paper, i was close to Hysteria.

So, this A Levels hasn't been easy. Looking at myself right now, i can already see several obvious changes as a result of the past 2 months of Darkness. To dramatise it, i would say As has robbed me of my youth. Just take a look at my eyebags, bad complexion, flabby limps, bulging tummy and the extra Chinny Chin Chin on my face. Holy Moly.
And it has also made my room looked like a Photocopying room, with stacks and stacks of notes/files/books all over the place. Somehow i can imagine a ceremonial like ritual, where i would dance around my table and shout Burn Baby Burn. I'm so lazy to even Pack.

And so, i would really appreciate a 3 days 3 nights of Sleep. But Then... Prom night is next Monday. And as you can tell, i'm more worried about my Weight Loss challenge with Miss Lau Tinwai than finding my Dress. So i guess, i need to Work Out for the next few days then.
Life is Tough.

And as part of celebrating Post As, i have become the Uncoolest Chick around by signing up an account on Facebook tonight. It just seem as if i have been waiting to do this or something. That is so not true. (Hee.)
But then again, i have no friends, no groups, nobody giving me an Poke or throwing me a Turkey or something..
I am so Not happening. Hahaha

So yup, today marks the start of my Freeman status. But for now, this is not the best part. I waiting for my friends to end their exams and start their holidays too and of course, i can't wait for the Favourite Friend to come back and join me in the Merry Making.
This is when the Real fun begins. :)

So this is it ! A Levels kick off tomorrow and no, i'm not having any panic attacks, yet. Or else i won't be here typing away - I'd be in my room tearing up pillows and throwing up Green vomits.
To all who is in for a month long ride of this thing call As, hang in there as tightly as you can and Focus and hopefully emerged unscathed. Those who end early, lucky you, just remember to keep us few unfortunate ones in your hearts when you finish. For those Shakespeare-Inspired Literature students (like me) or otherwise called the Losers Who End On The 26th, fret not ! At least we have TEN days to cry/study/mug and dissect our books before the 26th.
Haha. Okay, this is me guys. Wish me luck and i'm ready to take on this and run the last race of my 12th year education.

The Mum and Dad are back.

Thank goodness, finally ! Been in-house Ah Sum for a week and although it can be quite nice to be all alone in the house sometimes it can be pretty lonely too, especially when the brother and sister of mine only comes home when the witch hours start.

Spending away this September holiday is like eating a huge slice of Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake all by yourself - the Guilt part hits you off instantly when you down the cake, knowing that Muffin is gonna play Peekaboo the next day behind your shirt.
I go through the same feeling every night at 3am when i'm still awake and realising that i have just slack away my entire day and going all angry with myself for not being focused and taken a much longer rest than i truely deserve.

Thus the Irony part comes in.
I need School to start, although waking up at 530am every morning is going to make me grumpy and depressed again.

Oh well.
Never mind. School is gonna come anyway, very soon. So my only wish is to let this last Sunday pass slowly and Well.

Hahaha. Smack Thigh Laugh Out Loud when they were trying to explain 'Techno'. Finally caught 881 with my Mum. The Hokkien humour was hilarious, and now i know why Dswei and Tracy got so hooked to the songs. After watching the show i just felt like going for a real Getai, but too bad there's none in my area. Okay. I have 30mins to go before i start feeling Bad about coming here and wasting half an hour of my life talking to myself here and not doing anything productive like going through O.C (Organic Chemistry, what were you thinking )

So, about the P Horrors so far. Well, it started off well. No, i'm talking about the first GP paper.. Had a very nice Pre-prelims Hotcakes breakfast booster with dShuwei right before the paper ! :) (Somehow McDonald's breakfast always seems so exciting.) After which the next few days of papers weren't exactly very exciting.

Math was Go Jump Down. I mean, it's pretty depressing to not be able to do it after the countless brain damaging tuition sessions. Totally felt as if i'm telling a Big Fat Lie whenever i told my mum " It's okay lor..". She never fails to ask about the paper when i get home each day. It's not even 'Okay'.

It's scary how Time just passes So Fast. I swear i actually only have what, 12 hours each day. Everyday just goes by so fast that i can hardly even take a pause, and see what is going on around me. Just the other day, which was really Rare, i went night jogging with my Dad. It has been such a long long time since i last do something with him. Yeah, it was kinda Father-Daughter quality time. We used to jog at the park once in awhile when i was much younger. As i jogged along side with him that day, it was as if Time paused for that whole good hour and i became the lil' young girl jogging with her Daddeee. The only difference was that the Father is no longer Fit anymore. Age caught up with him and it was obvious. It used to be the fat and obese lil' girl that would be panting behind, dying, and him pushing me on for one more round the park. Now, although still very much fat and obese, i became the one pulling my father along for one more round the park.
I need to spend more time with my family.

Haha. Okay, enough of getting all Family Sentimental. I should head to bed soon and wake up Early to continue the Quest of clearing the P Horrors next week.

By the way, let me recommend the movie Garden State. Zach Braff (from the Scrubs) directed and starred in it. A pretty good film i must say, for something that isn't reallly thick on its plot. It's the dialogues and super Scrubs kind of comic moments that were good. Caught it last night and i laughed my ass off completely with my brother. Oh, did i mention Natalie Portman ? She was so hilarious. I think she's really pretty, way prettier than her Padmé Amidala Star Wars days.

Haha. Okay, see. I got carried away talking to myself again. It's 2:53am, and i wanna wake up at 9am tomorrow to Study.

Way to go.

The slow and painful ride begins, and lasts till the 27th.
Gonna be slapped at the back of my head by the horrible reality of 'You Suck Shuwei !' whenever i step out of the exam hall.

Even till this day when i'm just days before my Prelims starts, my beloved Tutors are still telling me things like how my workings are still 'Very Primitive' and 'Shuwei you look confused.'

It's been More Than a Month, i know.

Hope everyone has been good and kicking.

Well, other than...
Attending SchoolMenace almost everyday, clocking more hours at Tuitions than at home, snacking excessively by myself and with others in school or at home, missing the G8 girls, making a few successful Jogging attempts to combat the Jiggles and Wobbles, reading Clockwork Orange, celebrating the opening of Yami Yoghurt at Junction 8, worrying about Prelims, procastinating about studying, watching Family Guy once in awhile, and lastly wondering how am i going to Clear my Prelims...
Life has been Okay and normal.

Thank Goodness for this long National Day holiday break. I really can't handle both School and Studying at the same time. The number of times i have fallen asleep while studying on a weekday night is enough to tell me 'YOU DIE' in my face for Prelims.

Suddenly the P word seems so vulgar.

And School is simply sucking the Youth out of me. Even concealer doesn't work anymore to Conceal my weariness. And yes, i am finding myself complaining again. Stop it Swei.

Anyway finally hit the Ice Box today ! Happiness. Been such a long time since i last had Mango Pomelo. Met up with Dswei, Tracy, Yb, Jas, Sondra and Siyou, and i must say it has also been some time since i last Chilled Out. Haha. Need some deviation from all the School work sometimes, and Chilling Out is the best alternative. Cheers

Had a lovely G8 gathering at Lana's on Friday. Nice to have all of us down, including our dearest Xingzhi. It was totally a TGIF Chill Out session, well, maybe a last for all of us since Crazy School starts tomorrow for all of us.. Sigh. The next day, i took the chance of my cancelled Math tuition and Slept In the entire day. (Cheers !) Woke up at about 7pm, before ending up with Shuwei at the really cool new Macdonald house at Ang Mo Kio for some Fries and Laughter. Miss Sixiu later came over and slept over. Both of us continued watching Volver, and i must say.. We don't exactly quite get the ending. Haha. But it was quite an intriguing show ! Never knew Penelope Cruz is so Curvy.
Xiu and i ended waking up at 2 in the afternoon today before she went home to give Tuition and i went for my Math tuition. Haha, somehow or rather (She abducted me, literally, off the 6th Ave bus stop. Haha) ended up at Swei's place after tuition, and we went to pay Meimei a visit at her house along with Valen ! : ) And now here i am, bag packed and ready to sleep.
Anyway..
Thought i should write something here before School starts tomorrow. If not, once the crazy school term begins, i don't know what will become of me.

I can't believe the 4 weeks of June holiays passed by just like this. Basically to sum the June Holidays up...
My studying momentum actually came in the second week of hols and ended barely into the third week. Morning Trainings have been scorching and tiring. Sleeping time have pushed even later into the nights/mornings. The amount of Tuitions i go to have reached sky high, and my time spent with my Pals and Favourite Friend was limited but precious.

I think i should sleep now. 530am mornig routine is awaiting me.
Term 3, here i come !

Okay. At this moment, i am very tempted to forgo the chance of being Hardworking and watch the movie Volver NOW.

My brother highly recommended the film and i really want to watch. The DVD is totally staring right up at me now. Penelope Cruz is staring at me. She is telling me to watch it. Oh my gawd. She is staring at me.

Anyway i had a long day today.
And the thing is my long day started in the Toilet, and my morning Diarrhoea (Ms. Ho Kahy, I've check Dictionary.com. Where's my Ice Cream ?) made me criminal to my own toilet and i had to skip today's training as a result. I swear it was cos' of the Chocolate Milk and Apple Aloe Vera combination last night. I was Thirsty.

Dragged myself down to Econs tuition and i think i spoke less than 5 words in that whole 3 hours, cos none of the AC people i know went for today's lesson.

I think at this point of time, i better take note of the Time and write record it down in my diary cos i'm actually chatting with Tracy and Swei on the MSN. 2:15am, Monday night. I'm on MSN, chatting.

And i learnt something new. Never knew this cool acronym - I.P.O.S

Haha. Yeah. Anyhow, i went for Midnight Jogging with Esee just now ! Not too bad, though we only jogged for 15mins and spent the next 45mins drinking 100 Plus, chit chatting and crapping with Pam on the phone.

From Bowen Sec, right down to Buangkok, and then to Hougang Ave 9, and out to Xinmin Sec there. Quite a distance i must say.

Along the way, we met some IPOS. Like the RAT that looked like a Roach, which made the both us screamed and HOP off to the grass. It was scrambling in directions like a Blind Mouse/Rat as we were approaching it. It was damn Grooossss.

Then there was this man that went, 'Wah, Zhe Me Wan Le Hai Zai Pao Bu Huh !' ('Wah, So late still jogging huh !)

And i just shouted back 'Shuuudup !' back to him. Lol.
Estee wanted to reply, 'And Ni Zhe Me Wan Le Cai Fang Gong Huh !' ('And you so late then knock off work huh !') Lol

Hello World.

Just got back from Gardens. Brought Ms. Lau Tinwai to Chomp Chomp for her Virgin experience. (Gasps !) Well, like i've told her, Chomp Chomp is not about the food (In fact the foood aren't that Wow! great) but it's about the Experience. Haha. And so after all the oil, smoke and ice cream, we ended up lashing it out on the camera. Ie. Cam Whored. Aye.. I hate it actually. But sometimes when the flashes come on and you start getting high from making all those funny expressions.. Yeah. You get what i mean ; )

The 2nd week of June Hols is ending, and i've emerged as the Tuition queen. My days are simply just packed with Trainings and Tuitions. Next week will be THE week.

Let's see, 3 Econs tuitions, 3 Math Lessons and Swift competition over the weekends. Not forgetting the trainings and the Math tuitions which can happen anytime when my tutor calls for it. Bless my heart.

Alright. Maybe i should stop talking about the Tragics. Just Suck It Up, i know.

Anyway. I have a new hobby. And that is watching Nigella Feast on Discovery ! She is simply the Domestic Goddess. I walked past the Tv the other day and i was wondering why the hell was my brother watching a cooking show in the middle of the night. No Wonder.

And so i ended sitting through the entire show, and i learnt how to make a perfect Smoked Salmon Salad and that Nigella Lawson is so gooorgeous.

Watched a video about this illness during GP lesson and i was really intrigued by it. Maybe like those boys who suffer from this simply lock themselves up in their room (or the Kitchen, for one boy) for, not 1 or 2 weeks, but 4 years and even more. They simply stay in the room and recluse themselves from the outside world, even their family.

Well.
At the rate school is going for me, I suspect that i may just suffer from a mild case of Hikikomori very soon. School Horrors is spark of it. Kill. Kill !
Some times I just wanna stay in my room and Sleep and Sleep, Nua, Stare, Stone, Sleep somemore, Roll, Nua and just Sleep the entire weekend away.
I want to be a Recluse. I want to do Nothing and stay in my room All Day. It's my way to Inner Peace

Someone just reminded us today that we're left with 4 more weeks to June Holidays. I'm totally caught off guard with the Dates. Got the shock of my life when i saw "24th April".
This is scary. We are eating into the month of May already ! Holy Moly.
Sometimes i think i'm still living in the past. Caught myself on a few occasions writing the Year '05 on my worksheets. Horrible. I'm lagging not 1 but 2 years behind.

Thank goodness there is something to Look Forward to this week. Can't wait for Friday, and i'm already looking forward for next week's Labour Day holiday. I am in need of the escape from that Thing call Schoool.

My Dad went down to school this morning to see my form teacher, well, cos of my Go Eat Shit results for Terms. Actually i've been quite worried about it since the start of the week cos i can't imagine what She will say to my dad. I mean, her Killer Stares to me during every Tutorial just say it all. Somehow i just see a sabotage and i may just ended getting Chopped by my parents.

So i ended up locking myself in my room doing my work the entire afternoon and didn't dare to step out to ask anything about the Parent-Teacher meeting. It was until dinner time when i decided, or rather, knew that i had no choice but to ask about it. I almost Laugh Out Loud when i heard what he said. Thank goodness.

'So... So what did my form teacher say ?'
(Heart pumps)

My father Frowns, and Twirt his lips downwards.
(My Heart pumps even faster.)

'I don't understand what she was trying to say.'
'Is she new ?'

For that moment i felt such a sense a relief and Now-You-Know-Why-My-Econs-Sucks kind of thing.
And then i just went on and on about how my Econs suffered because of her, how i tried paying attention in class but always ended up being confused. Gawd. I'm so evil.
BUUT. I'm definitely not making that up.

Heh. And now my mum wants me to have dinner at home frequently after school. Why ? Cos she feels that i'm not getting enough Nutrients from all the skipped dinner or outside food, that's why my brain cannot, quote, Think Properly, unquote.

Don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Anyways ! Yesterday was a good Tgif because for the longest time, there was Full Attendance at our Once-In-10years Seppies meeting. (Okay. We really need to do something to that name)
All 6 - Myself, Pam, Manda, Yanhan, Debbie and our dear Sarabay who came back from Aust ! Rare and very rare to have all of us down. Had a lovely time catching up on each other's lives and it was great to see all of us still very much the same ever since the formation of our group at fateful Sec 2 JP Camp. Lol

I think Friday was Meet The Old Friends day.

Went down to meet Ms.Wendy Neo along with Sixiu. Wendy is one of my closest old friend from Primary school and we haven't been catching up since Secondary school. It was funny how my mum's eyes twinkles when i told her i was going to meet her.

Haha. Although it has been ages since she came to my house to erm, Play, and we last hang out, she is still one of those friends that my Mum never forgets.

My mum's memory is like mine. In other words, Sucks. Haha. She only remembers some of my friends and this is what she remembers them by.

Wendy, Yuanbing and Shuwei are the only Fortunate few that she knows by Name.

Hello Everyone, I'm up and good. I didn't go hidding in some cave in Timbaktu. And yesh, i am still surviving School.

Last week was an incredible week cos' The Favourite Friend was back for a week ! Happiness. :)

Nats Juniors were eye opening too. Come to think of it, it's my very last National Juniors in my entire throwing career. Muahaha. Feel good feel good ! Every year see the same fellow competitors, some of them even all the way from Secondary 1. Getting too old for all these compeititons. All the Stress and Heart pumpings moments while waiting for your distance to be measured.. Come come July. My last and final School Nats. Cheeeers

Anyway. 2 of my dear friends are finally done with their seasons ! (And yes, i'm jealous. 3 months more for mine. Hohoho) Congratulations to both Pammie Loo for her Gold With Honours and Lin Yuanbing for her girls' team First Runner Up ! I'm so proud of you guys ! :) And watching Yb up the stage today delivering her Captain's speech made me feel like a proud mother sitting among the audience, dabbing those tears of joy with a tissue. (Okay, Dramatic dramatic.)

Am finally done with school sports day too. Manda and i have been throwing non stop since the weekends and i think we're a lil' shagged.

Good Evening.

Just came home from TGIT with Estee and Xiu, and I flushed down TWO cups of Yami Yogurt. Someone please tell me it's Not Fattening.
Even since those Sexy Yogurt photos on Dswei's blog, i have been craving for it more than anything else. And today we especially made our down to Suntec just for that Frozen cup. And someone please tell Yami Yogurt that the new shop at Novena Square 2 shopping mall is not a good location At All.

I miss the Yami @ Scotts.

Thank God tomorrow is a Holiday !

For a week or so starting from tomorrow, i'm going to be the In-House Ah Sum (Old Maid). I've just been delegated the job of doing the Laundry and Closing the Windows. My dear parents will be holidaying somewhere in Japan to watch the Flowers Bloom, while their daughter-turn-Ah Sum will slog it out with the Clothes and be Home Alone. Cos Technically, her 2 siblings don't exactly exist since she doesn't see them at all at home.

Well, today was Laundry Lesson #102. My Ma just taught me how to use the very complicating Washing machine. And before i could drop in the clothes into the mean machine, i spilled a cup of Detergent Power on the floor. (Yes, i was doing Practical)
Very Good.
Last week was Laundry #101 - Ironing. My Mum told me i should just go to school with the uniform Straight off the washing machine. Lup Sup.
I just told her "I'm Sure..", in her face.

I'm turning Mouldy. I think i may just Melt into my bed tonight.

I'm living off my bed 24/7. Woke up at 11am, forced down some breakfast and read some papers before i head back to my bed again. Attempted a chapter of Clockwork Orange, and when it still doesn't quite make much sense to me after Chapter 1, i gave up and shut my eyes. Before i knew it, i feel my body temp shooting up again, which means it's time to take my medicine. The time was 3 plus pm. Did some sms replying before i snoozed off again with the Clockwork Orange in my hand. Woke up an hour later and talked on the phone with Dswei with my ultra sexy voice. Switched between 8days and Clockwork for an hour after that (Still on my bed) before i fell asleep again till dinner time. After which i took a bath and dived straight into my bed again for no apparent reason and i just lay there, staring at the ceiling, feeling all so tired again.

And even when i'm not sleeping, i'm using the com now on my bed. I'm simply the #1 Sloth. I feel i havent seen the Sun for days. Holy Moly

Back to school tomorrow ! For the first time, i am a bit Excited. Hmmm

Like what Tinwai said, having a fever is like strucking lottery. And i won myself the Golden Ticket (Read: MC) today after visiting Mr Doc. Ended up with a voice that sounds like a man, or worse, a croaking toad, and a fever that refuse to subside. I feel like there's 10 hands pulling my hair for the entire day. All i could do was mopping around the house, on my bed rolling most of the time. And i think i have slept enough hours to cover up for the sleeping hours i've lost since January. Hooray but no hoorays. I still feel so haggard and tired. My eyebags never look so sexy before. Horrors

Last night was bad. One of those nights that makes you want to watch Grey's and cry yourself to sleep. The virus was attacking and my whole body felt so terrible, and it's not helping that i'm pms-ing. Haha. When i woke up this morning at 530, a sinister kind of Happiness weaved over me, cos i knew i do not have to go to school. Double cheers, although i feel like shit the whole day.

Ahh.
Someone please perk me up. Maybe i should turn to some tlc from some Tv watching tonight. I need some Comedy. Laugh the Sickness or more appropriately the Shitness away.

You know, i am so bloody tempted to watch an episode of L Word 4 off the YouTube right now but the ghost which is living off inside me is screaming at me to Sleep. This always happens. Everytime i want to do something, like Studying the Laffer Curve or doing extra Complex No. questions or read a few chapters of my Lit book, this Ghost in me will use all means to get me to bed and sleep. Damn it.

Holy Moly. Should i or should i not watch my L Word now.. I am tipped off that Marina Ferrer is back in Episode 9 ! I need to accelerate and get to That episode. Hmmm

Anyways. I am getting very annoyed with that thing call the Wireless nowadays. Due to a unfortunate breakdown of the Broadband connection a few days ago, i have to live off my Sis's com to let me do my daily Emailing and erm, yah, that's about what i do when i go Online.
The thing is, hers is some Wi-Fi shit. So my connections aren't exactly affected by the Router. ( Am i even making sense here?) And so, maybe like half the time i can't receive much signal and the Signal Strength always and forever reads 'Very Low'. It's times like this that make me want to scream 'Go and die !'

Please, anyone, enlighten me about how to go about getting better signals. Like using the Laptop by the window or use it on one leg standing or something, just anything have stronger signals. Where did the good ol' days Dial Up Connection go to ? It was much simpler.

K, wait. I take back my words. I remember it was Super Annoying when it goes, 'AZuRqqzzZZaRrrZkK....Tuuuu.'

Training tomorrow, but i think i will just end up staring at them training and sit in. Went to the Sinseh on Monday cos i can tolerate the persistent pain on my right foot no more. Mr Sinseh gave me a good crack down of my entire spinal back and for once in my whole life i thought i felt Lighter. I could actually hear my whole spine from point A to Z go 'Ccraaaacckk' . Shiok.

And so, i came out of the clinic with a right foot that is all wrapped up, as if it has been ran over by a Truck.

Saturday Mugging Mission - Failed.

Haha. Ended up watching Paris Je'Taime ! Please allow me to talk about it for a moment - Go watch the show poeple ! It's worth it. 18 short stories on the L word (Love, what were you thinking ?) and all set in Paris. Never used to be a biggie for Paris, but now i totally understand why is it call the City of Love. Beeeautiful. All the 18 short stories range from plain raw Love between lovers on the streets, to Love between 2 complete strangers, to Love between 2 Soulmates, to Love between a Father and Daughter, to Love simply for the City itself.

Yes, I'm not dead yet. I'm still here, and here i am - Blogging and Online !

Apologies for the more than a month long of MIA, i have my reasons. Like what Sui said about my blogging habits before, i always wait for my Auspicious Hour to come online. So yuppers, it's finally time for me to come back here to say Hello.

So what happened after 'I've Survived Orientation' ? Let's see, the last time i blogged was like January 7. Loads of happening things happened, like My Birthday. (Giggles.) Loads of things have since changed too, like me turning 18 (Giggles.) To put it simply, i had the best month of January !

Turning 18 is one thing, but the biggie is, (I still must say this although it's way long overdue) i had the best birthday surprises ! :D A mega huge Thank You to all my friends who gave me my really lovely birthday surprises (Thanks Kahy !) and those who made it down to the Macs @ KAP that day to celebrate my Upsized Kid's Version of a Macs Birthday Party ! Especially to Dswei, who made it all happened :)) I was really Surprised, REALLY. Love you guys !

K, enough of my Overdued birthday Thank You speeeches. Yup, so apart from turning 18 in Jan, i was spending quaity time with my Favourite Friend and also trying to get back to momentum for the thing call School after all the Orientation fun. That is why, i was rather busy and occupied to switch on this computer and blog. I didn't even know that Blogger has combined with Google la. Haha. And i even momentarily forgotten what's my blog address when i was upgrading my Photobucket account. I thought it was 'www.swei-x.blogspot.com' or something.
I swear the online world has changed quite a bit. Even Photobucket has this new thing call the Flock where you can upload hundreds of photos at a go. Coolio Beanos. I'm slow, i know.

So, it's the 2nd week into Febraury already. How time flies, really. Suddenly yesterday was Valentine's day, and of course Ms Lim Shuwei's 19th Birthday :DDD It was a day of Hugs and Kisses, Sweets and Chocolates, and Cam Whoring. Orientation Surivor.

I Survived.

I survived 4 days of OGL Camp in the December. I Survived 4 days of non stop Orientation. I Survived the Rain, the burning Sun. I survived the crazy Mass Rallys. I survived dancing the dance steps over and over again. I survived going without much food and water. I survived the mud, the starch, the soap and water.

What an irony.
Haha, from the very start of Day 1 of the orientation, Sam Debbie and I never failed to cringe and complain about how tired we were or how long it wast going to be before the day ends for us. But by Day 4, as we proceeded into the day's programmes, we can't help but feel that i'm going miss everything. The cheering, the dancing, the games , the feeling of real fatigue and sun burnt skin and of course my orientation group. And now i can say that i don't regret any bits of this experience. Cheers ! And now time for some Cliched moments.

Heh heh. And yes, i do sound like a Man now. My voice's gone. Like what Dswei said, it's Spoilt. So so spoilt. Not only that, i am so so so Dark now. Two words - Jia Lat
But other than becoming so hideous now, with the man's voice and burnt complexion, the 1st week of 2007 started off pretty well. Let's see.. I've made so many new friends, found back some good old friend, had a successful birthday surprise for Manda and of course how could i ever forget, bumped into Syz..

It's second day into 2007.

Happy New Year everyone ! Can't believe it's 07' already. And that means i'm turning 18. Being 18 sounds really really Old. I miss being Sweet 16.

Anyhow, the last days of 2006 were pretty tiring. I just remember sleeping and waking up real late everyday. Went to my Bro's 21st birthday party at Pitch Black on Saturday with Estee Xiu and Sui. The place is such a perfect Chill Out place ! It's at Haji Lane and it was my first time there. There's so many other exciting shops there too.

We ended up watching 2 movies up at the screening room till 4am that day and i saw the most psychotic movie i have ever watched - Saw, what else? The 3 of them were screaming as if their legs got sawed. Especially Sui's scream.. Just Imagine.

After movie, the 4 of us decided to take a morning stroll to Marina Square. Man, it was like ghost town everywhere. And we ended up having early breakfast at HK cafe. Luckily for my very interesting phone camera function, instead of feeling really Shagged, we cam whored all the way. Below are not even a quater of what we took. I shall slowly upload, soon.

In the end, i slept for only like 2 hours before i got to wake up again and rushed to Vivo City for family lunch. I was like a walking Zombie. I stared at my Har Gau for like 5 mins before my mom asked me What's Wrong.

Rushed over to Malvin's place to meet Kat and Shuhui for erm, Ogl stuff. (Hurr.) Before i knew it, i rushed from Cck to Yck to join my family for Count Down dinner of crabs and more crabs. Shit, i realised i ate Non Stop...

Not forgetting to mention, i met up with Estee Yb and Huiping after count down in the Hougang Kopitiam for Supper, Fishball Noodles and Ice Cream. K, now together.

It was my Last Night out yesterday, before school officially starts and the insane ride to A Levels begin. Spent the Last Night with Favourite Friend and we talked till the cows come home, 1 hour short of catching the Sun Rise. Haha.

Ahh. So by the end of this week, my friends, you will see a very very Haggard me. Just don't be shock. Even if you are, pretend you're not. That will make me feel better ; )

Alrighty, i better go now. I need energy for tomorrow, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
